Flipkart Runway, an Early Career Program for Women Engineers, is designed exclusively to offer them a fast-tracked journey toward a thriving career in technology. We are back with its 5th season – centered around the theme of “Her Today, Tech’s Tomorrow”, perfectly aligning with Flipkart’s commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion that caters to the future of the ecosystem at large.
It is strategically designed to establish a solid groundwork for women in engineering, offering them early exposure to developmental opportunities. Through engagement with challenging real-time problem statements, mentoring, and networking opportunities, participants will gain invaluable experience.
The chosen engineers will not only secure an internship opportunity for 2025 but also stand a chance to secure a Pre-Placement Interview (PPI) for an internship with Flipkart in their pre-final year. Flipkart Runway is not just a program it’s a gateway to unlocking technology’s future by truly empowering women engineers today.

Eligibility & Round Details:
- Open to all female engineers enrolled in full-time engineering programs, regardless of specialization. Eligible applicants must be in their second year of undergraduate studies (expected to graduate in 2027) or third year of dual degree programs (expected to graduate in 2027).
- Ability to complete a full-time, 8 to 10-week internship between May to July 2025 (exact program dates will be provided at a later point in the process).
- Basic level programming experience in C/ C++/ Java/ JavaScript or Python, etc.
